The mixed waste will be separated to organic and inorganic substance by a food waste paddle depackaging machine, at the same time, the organic waste will be grinded to organic pulp/mash in this step–> 3. The inorganic waste such as plastic bags, plastic film, cardboard, paper etc can be taken as raw material for producing RDF–>4. The organic pulp/mash will be separated to solid organic matter and organic liquid flow by a dewatering screw press–>5. Organic liquid flow material obtained by extrusion is performed heat sterilization, fermentation, refining, finally, you can get biofuel, biogas, the residue obtained after refining can be used for insect farming. Firstly, the top shredder cut the incoming waste into small particles, this shredding step increases the surface area of the waste, making food/kitchen/organic easier for the subsequent dewatering process to remove moisture. Secondly, the screw auger exerts pressure on the waste against the screen and back-pressure cone and the liquid is collected through the screen for collection and use. The combination of shredding and dewatering solves the problem of difficult disposal of a large number of food/kitchen/organic waste, which can be used to make organic fertilizers by aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation, or generate biogas.

The need to keep contaminants out of the feedstocks for a wet anaerobic digester system and out of compost-based finished product(s), TIMO offer horizontal shaft-base depackaging machine to wet digestion facilities for openning packages of the food/kitchen/organic waste to separate out the packaging, the recovery percentage of the entire waste stream feed is about 90 percent and recovered material purity is 97 percent, excluding glass, which means metal and plastics.
